A large, stunning design built to full buildings regs specification due to it’s size. This building is the ultimate garden pool house combining striking larch cladding with a black painted accent cladding, grey aluminium triple sliding doors with huge picture windows and a sedum living roof. When you see this building beside the swimming pool it has real wow factor.
Internally it is divided up to offer a substantial main room with a kitchen and large central skylight. There is a full, spa style wet room bathroom and integrated sound system throughout. There is a separate garden gym room with panoramic garden views and a store room for the pool accessed by a rear door. The building was positioned so that the level of the patio is the same as the internal floor which creates a seamless flow from out to in. A truly fabulous, bespoke design.
