Stunning Study
High Salvington - West SussexEvery time we think we have seen a location or a view that cannot be beaten another project crops up that takes our breath away. Positioned high upon a hill with far-reaching views across the South Downs, the outlook from this Garden Room cannot fail to relax and inspire. A wonderful example of our bespoke design expertise, this building allows the house to wrap around part of the structure creating a feel of something that is not completely detached from the property itself.
In this case, it was important that the Garden Room compliment the house, so Beige Composite Cladding was chosen which is both similar in colour to the main building whilst offering a slightly contrasting aesthetic to subtly differentiate it as a separate structure. With such a uniquely stunning view, large French doors with full-length windows were included to picture frame the landscape.
Access was created at either end of the Garden Room by way of a single door to the front elevation which teases you in to the grand view to the rear as you approach. Internally the study is plastered and decorated, it has oak effect laminate flooring and a number of sockets both above and below desk height for easy charging of computers and telephones etc.
